Our results show that the learning experience creates high trust between the virtual team members. This is fruitful ground for learning about the challenges of virtual work, multicultural collaboration and global supply chain management.

All these skills are ever more relevant and important for workers in the global world, in which ability to communicate and collaborate internationally is a pre-requisite.
